Stefan Reiterer
Stefan H. Reiterer is an applied mathematician who has studied technomathematics at the TU Graz and received his doctoral degree at the Karl-Franzens University in Graz in applied mathematics.
His main working and research areas are
- Continuum Mechanics
- Analysis and Numerics of partial differential equations
- Optimization
- Symbolic Computation
He is a passionate programmer with experience in several programming languages and focus on scientific computing. He currently develops the aster-mode for emacs as a Code-Aster IDE (Integrated development environment) .
He is also working with a colleague, Michael Schmid, for the automotive industry with Code-Aster, Salome and FEMAP for finite element analysis and shape optimization.
